Princess Charlotte - New Pictures!

Hello,
I am back and feeling better, especially after these new pictures were released from Kensington Palace of Princess Charlotte.

Oh my goodness! She is so cute and so happy! I bet she and George are a nice balance for Kate :) Speaking of the Duchess, she is the one who took these pictures, presumably in Anmer Hall in Norfolk.

1) She has Kate's coloring
2) Isn't Charlotte photogenic?!
The last time we say her was in July at her christening.

She is simply beautiful. I will see you, if not before, on December 9!

Fostering Excellence Awards/Condolence Signing

Happy Tuesday dear readers,
Today our own Catherine undertook two engagements, one with and one without William. The first was the signing of a condolences book for France and the victims of the horrendous Paris attacks.
PA
The signing took place at the French Embassy in London, and the Cambridges talked with the ambassador for quite some time.
PA
The signing was an act of solidarity between the British and French, as we saw later in the evening when William went to a England vs. France soccer game.

The next engagement of the evening was to the Fostering Excellence Awards, celebrating the amazing and invaluable work of the foster community.

She was greeted by Kevin Williams.

Inside she met with the throngs of hugely excited patrons and awardees of the organization.

She presented awards along with British television personality, Holly Willoughby, and gave a wonderful speech.

Interestingly, Kate wore a Saloni dress, who is an Indian designer. Saloni is a brand favored by many celebrities and certainly befitted Kate tonight.

Have a wonderful day! If I don't get to blogging about tomorrow's engagement, I promise that is will happen in the weekly roundup!

UPDATED: Remembrance Sunday 2015

A somber good morning to you all,
Remembrance Sunday has kicked off at the Cenotaph with the Queen leading the respects paid to the fallen.

At eleven, a two minute silence was observed for the soldiers in WWI, marked by a shot at both ends. The ceremony was also slightly shorter this year, accommodating the aging veterans.

All the senior members of the British royal family were there, barring Prince Charles and the Duchess of Cornwall who are on a tour of New Zealand, and King Willem-Alexander and Queen Maxima of the Netherlands. We see King Willem-Alexander here behind the Queen and to the left of the Duke of Edinburgh.

We also see Maxima with Kate and the Countess of Wessex on the Foreign Office balcony.

Kate seemed to be very comfortable socializing with the Maxima.

Princes William and Harry and the Duke of York all laid wreaths as well.

We see the splendor of the event.

For the service, Kate wore a bespoke McQueen coatdress. She completed the look with an unknown fascinator and a cluster of poppies.

It was a beautiful day of reflection.
Lest we forget.

Good Evening,
Tomorrow, of course, is Remembrance Day and tonight Kate and William joined other senior royals at Royal Albert Hall to watch the Festival of Remembrance.

She was welcomed by the venue's president, Anthony Travis.

The ceremony itself was beautiful, honoring the fallen in a stunning show.

After the show, William and Kate chatted with each other and close family.

Kate wore a lovely black lace frock by Dolce & Gabbanna for the event, very similar to the one she wore for the second day of Chinese president Xi Jinping's state visit.

See you tomorrow for Remembrance Day services!
